The basic recipe calls for fruit & ice to frozen line & milk or juice to the liquid line- Blend it up. It doesn’t get easier than that.
Here are some of my favorite recipes for a delicious & nutritious smoothie.
frozen peaches & a few ice cubes to frozen line
½ container vanilla yogurt
1 scoop vanilla protein powder optional
Skim milk or soy milk to liquid line
1 banana & a few ice cubes to frozen line
1 scoop chocolate protein powder
1 scoop malt powder optional
1 tbsp natural peanut butter
Skim milk or soy milk to liquid line
Pineapple & banana and a few ice cubes to frozen line
1 scoop vanilla protein powder optional
A dash of coconut extract
A splash of O.J. & skim or soy milk to liquid line
Top with shaved coconut
Frozen blueberries, raspberries, & strawberries to frozen line

Top with crunchy granola
Ice cubes almost up to frozen line
1 container vanilla yogurt

Lemonade to liquid line

1 container key lime yogurt (Yoplait light is what I use)
