Chris Freytag's Smoothie Recipes

Thanks for purchasing the Chris Freytag Personal Fitness Blender. I use mine daily. For a meal or snack, it’s convenient, quick & the perfect portion size. Try some of my delicious recipes or create your own.

The basic recipe calls for fruit & ice to frozen line & milk or juice to the liquid line- Blend it up. It doesn’t get easier than that.

Here are some of my favorite recipes for a delicious & nutritious smoothie.

Peaches & Cream

frozen peaches & a few ice cubes to frozen line
½ container vanilla yogurt
1 scoop vanilla protein powder optional
Skim milk or soy milk to liquid line

 

Mocha Madness

1 banana & a few ice cubes to frozen line
1 scoop chocolate protein powder
1 scoop malt powder optional
1 tbsp natural peanut butter
Skim milk or soy milk to liquid line

 

Pina Colada (with outa lotta calories)

Pineapple & banana and a few ice cubes to frozen line
1 scoop vanilla protein powder optional
A dash of coconut extract
A splash of O.J. & skim or soy milk to liquid line
Top with shaved coconut

 

Berry-licious

Frozen blueberries, raspberries, & strawberries to frozen line
1 scoop vanilla protein powder optional
Skim or soy milk to liquid line
Top with crunchy granola

 

Crazy for Coffee

Ice cubes almost up to frozen line
1 container vanilla yogurt
1 scoop choc protein powder
1 tbsp natural peanut butter
Dash of sugar free hazelnut flavor syrup
Brewed coffee to liquid line

 

Peanut Butter & Jelly

Frozen Strawberries & a few ice cubes to frozen line
1 scoop vanilla protein powder
1 tbsp natural peanut butter
Skim milk or soy milk to liquid line

 

Power Breakfast Fast

Frozen strawberries, ½ banana, & ice cubes to frozen line
½ container vanilla yogurt
¼ cup bran cereal
O.J. to liquid line

 

Banana- Orange Smoothie

½ banana
1 large orange peeled & seeded & ice cubes to frozen line
1 teaspoon ginger
Vanilla soy milk or skim milk to liquid line

 

Tofu Berry Smoothie

Frozen raspberries, ½ banana, & diced tofu to frozen line
½ container berry yogurt
Skim or soy milk to liquid line

 

Lemon-Aide

Frozen raspberries, strawberries, & ice cubes to frozen line
½ container lemon yogurt
1 scoop vanilla protein powder optional
Lemonade to liquid line

 

Cran-Rasberry Cooler

Frozen raspberries, cranberries, & ice to just below frozen line
½ container berry yogurt
Cranberry juice to liquid line

 

Banana Berry Boost

½ banana, frozen strawberries and a few ice cubes to frozen line
Vanilla protein powder optional
Orange juice to liquid line

 

Key lime Pie Pleaser

Add ice cubes to frozen line
1 container key lime yogurt (Yoplait light is what I use)
1 low fat graham cracker
Vanilla protein powder optional
Skim or soy milk to liquid line
