I have been doing the Chris Freytag Walk Yourself Fit DVD faithfully without missing a single day since June of 2007 and I have lost 85 pounds! My husband and I like to motorcycle, so I bring the portable DVD player and the DVD to every hotel room and every vacation. Chris doesn't know my family, but through her DVD she has traveled with us to Mexico, Colorado, and my husband always says, “Good morning Chris” everyday as I work out!

Hi Chris! 5 weeks ago was a turning point in my life-the day I started becoming physically active. I have yo-yo dieted many times before, but that was before I just happened to pick up your Drop It In 30! DVD at the store. You are truly an amazing role model of health and well being. I love your personality and your motivating workouts so much that I also bought your book Move to Lose! I open it up everyday for a quick pick me up motivation and new exercise move ideas. I couldn't look in the mirror anymore, I was overweight and my health was going downhill. I wanted to change. I wanted to be able to play ball with my kids. I wanted to like me again. I needed to lose 100 lbs. After about 6 months of eating healthier, the weight wasn't coming off. Taking the advice of others, I split my goal into half. I tried getting on the treadmill, but couldn't stick with it. After losing about 25 lbs., I decided it was time to do something different. That's when I ordered "Get Moving" and "3.2.1 Workout" by Prevention Fitness Systems. I watched the videos and took Chris' advice - I got moving!
I would make myself get up early to work out. I found the videos were challenging, yet low impact which kept my back from being agitated like the other videos. Soon I ordered "Drop it in 30". Over the past year, I have lost a total of 65 lbs., dropped 6 sizes, and feel better than I did in college. I actually look forward to getting up at 4:30 in the morning to do my workouts. Even though I still have another 40 lbs. to lose, I am healthier, happier, and can play with my kids! Thanks to Chris, I am making my goals a reality.

Let me just say how impressed I am with your style and enthusiasm. Last year I purchased 2 of your DVD’s (Belly Butt & Thighs, and 321 circuit workout) and for Christmas I received the Walk Yourself Fit DVD. All are fabulous. I get up in the morning, put on my workout clothes and head for the basement to join you and your staff for a great motivational workout. I was walking every day but could not budge the scales. You videos showed me how to exercise all of my body…cardio, strength training and core body. I'm proud to say that by eating a balanced diet and working out with you, I have lost 35 pounds and have kept it off. Dropped 3 sizes, toned up my body and feel better than I have in years. I'm looking forward to trying your Drop it in 30 Workout.

I'm a full time working mom, hockey mom, and I have a desk(ugh)job. I'm on a computer all day. I have 2 sons 3 and 12 and the weight just came on over the years of not finding time for me. I started by fumbling through on my own, pounding on the treadmill and downloading tidbit workouts from the Prevention Magazine web site. Then I started working on clean eating and started with your 3-2-1 workout in October. Next, I moved on to your Drop it in 30 and Belly Butt & Thighs DVD’s. I've lost over 7 inches around my waist and hips and 26 of my initial 50 lb goal. I recently purchased your Personal Trainer DVD and now love to mix and match the workouts.
I used to think a mile on my treadmill was a killer workout, now I use the warm up and cool down from Drop it in 30 before and after the treadmill. I'm happiest when I can double dip.. Some in the morning and maybe tack on a quick 10 min DVD segment here and there. I can actually do almost everything on those DVD’s and that's amazing to me!
I think Chris says something like “small changes with big results.” I've done the changes and I have gotten the results. I actually can see signs of muscle tone, in such a short time. These simple routines are taking off the inches and the pounds. As an added bonus, I feel stronger, more flexible and more mentally sound than I’ve ever been. I swear by the 10 minute rule! Even if you’ve had “one of those days” you can find 10 minutes or 20, now can’t you? Of course you can, when you see the payoff! It’s so worth it. You will get the payoff, believe me it feels great. She spells out things that ANYONE can do to improve their health and fitness and does it in a way that is not intimidating or too complex.
